I am going to be 19 in an hour's time. -gasp-

To be honest I'm not as excited as I was when I was approaching my 18th birthday because this means I AM GOING TO APPROACH THE BIG 2 NEXT YEAR. 2 leh! Soon I will just get older and older and older. 20, 30, 40, 50...

My last stage of teenhood. HOW CAN. I WANT TO BE A TEENAGER FOREVER.

Now I can sort of understand why people want to be 18 forever. 18 is a very nice number. It's like the peak or epitome of teenhood or even of your entire life.

19 is a weird age number. Like neither here nor there you know? You are in limbo between a teenager and an adult. Just like the age 13, when we were stuck being kids and teenagers.

IT WAS 6 YEARS AGO WHEN I WAS 13. OH MAN. Time flies too quickly.

It seemed like yesterday when I went to Zhonghua for my orientation. And now I'm already in uni done with the crappy first sem of my first year with even crappier exam papers. Goodness. Suddenly it seemed as if I did nothing much for the past 6 years. Like ZOOM! Then 6 years gone just like that.

Come another 3 years or so and I will be working already. Horrendous.

Of course my dear friends will be killing me cos they will be 20 much much earlier than I will be (haha) but the thought of being older scares me. It's like I won't be able to do all the silly things anymore you know? This 'maturity' burden that comes along as you get older.

But I dun think it will affect me much cos I will still be some immature silly lame kid. Hahahaha.

You know it's like when DBSK debut they simply looked like little cute boys. Now they are sexy and shuai guys. Not complaining there, but got 感慨 lah. Can't really explain, you will just get the "We were so young/silly/ugly/??? then!" thought as you look back. Bah.

Quite obvious I'm crapping now. Cos I can't think very coherently. Very tired after kbox-ing. Will learn Jolin's new songs when I have the time.

Thank you to all who celebrated my birthday with me! But you all ah! Never gave me any presents when we met up! You all ah tsk tsk. Hahahaha. Anyway, I'm actually quite touched and happy to see you all, though I dun think it showed on my face. I'm a shy girl who keep all my feelings inside ok. Quite worried that it may seem as if I dun appreciate you guys or something. BUT NO. I was really glad and 感動. Like when I read the card I had this warm feeling inside me (Jianming got the card right haha I knew cos I smart) and I was really surprised when I saw the cake at NYNY (It really didn't occur to me that you all got the cake! Somehow I thought the NYNY peeps knew and gave me a free cake or something haha). And Fengyi! Who got the very nice cakes and don't worry I dun mind if it's only 1 slice! And Minsi who organised the lunch though you bluff me about the time heng I was late haha. Pleasant celebrations to sum up. Reeeeeaaaaallllllly happieeeeeee :D So THANK YOU once again! But you all still owe me my presents dun forget lol.
